Shipping Within Australia

We currently ship Australia-wide.

We offer free standard shipping Australia-wide on all orders during our launch period.

Processing Times

Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after your order is placed.

During busy periods, product launches, sales or public holidays, dispatch times may be slightly longer.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

Metro areas: 3–7 business days
Regional and remote areas: 5–12 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, courier delays, weather events, public holidays or circumstances outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details, where available.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Incorrect Shipping Details

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

Follow the Sun is not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us as soon as possible.
